autumn 2026 School Holiday CAMPs!

We offer a fantastic variety of School Holiday Camps and Intensives so kids can stay connected, make new friends, and stay active, all while playing their favourite sport!

The age range of our camps is from children 6 years old up until 16 year old!

We have a variety of passionate coaches who lead our camps from, Development Program Coaches who have been accredited by Basketball Victoria, our talented BigV semi professional athletes, and VJBL Representative Coaches.

Registrations are done in a first - in, first- served system, so register now so you don’t miss out!

Our camps are from 9am - 3pm, with check in at 8:45am. We have Supervisors who are trained in First-Aid, who will check all kids in, ready for a great day ahead!

Your child will need to bring a nut-free lunch, a drink bottle, and their basketball, labeled and pumped up ready to jump on court! They will also need to wear closed toe shoes and active wear. All children will be split into age/skill appropriate groups throughout the camp.

You can register for a single camp, or as many camps as you like throughout the week!

IMPORTANT: Please be aware all camps running week 1 (Tuesday 7th April to Friday 10th April ) will run out of Bentleigh Secondary College. All camps running week 2 (Monday 13th April to Friday 17th April) will run out of Brighton Secondary College.

HOLIDAY CAMPS WE OFFER

• South East Melbourne Phoenix x McKinnon Cougars Super Camp:Our NBL partnership camp with the South East Melbourne Phoenix returns bigger than ever. Running 9am–3pm with up to four courts, this day features skill sessions, competitions and Phoenix-themed fun. Every participant receives a limited-edition Phoenix camp T-shirt/merchandise exclusive to this camp.

• ROAR Holiday Camp (6 - 13 years): A fun and energetic mixed camp held from 9am–3pm, perfect for kids who love playing games, learning new skills and enjoying friendly competition. This camp blends skill development with familiar basketball games and scrimmages. Every participant receives a camp T-shirt.

• Girls Only Camp: (6 - 13 years): Our Girls Only Camp runs from 9am–3pm and is led by our Big V Women’s players and experienced coaches. This camp focuses on confidence-building, skill development and creating a positive, welcoming experience for young female athletes. Every participant receives a camp T-shirt, and a sponsor tote bag with goodies.

• Aussie Hoops Camp (5 - 8 years): A fun 2-hour introduction to basketball designed specifically for younger athletes. Running from 10am–12pm, this camp mirrors the official Aussie Hoops program and is perfect for new and returning participants. Families can access sign-ups and Player Packs on the day, and every child receives an Aussie Hoops basketball.

• All Stars Camp: (10 - 16 years): A high-performance development experience from 9am–3pm for athletes wanting to level up their basketball IQ, decision-making, shooting, ball handling and 1v1 play. Delivered by experienced VJBL coaches and high-level athletes, this camp provides a strong pathway environment for players seeking challenge and growth.
