MBA x GeoSnapShot
McKinnon Basketball Association (MBA) is proud to announce a trial partnership with GeoSnapShot, a leading sports media platform that makes it easier than ever for players, families and fans to relive the action.
Over the coming weeks, approved photographers will be attending select games within the McKinnon Domestic Competition to capture high-quality images that will be uploaded to the GeoSnapShot platform. These photos will be available for participants and supporters to view and purchase shortly after each event.
This initiative aims to enhance the experience for our members and provide a lasting digital memory of their time on court.
Understanding Photo Redaction with GeoSnapShot
GeoSnapShot offers a powerful photo redaction tool to protect the privacy of participants. This feature enables specific players to be excluded from public galleries through patented facial recognition technology.
If a player is media-protected or a parent wishes for their child’s images to be redacted, GeoSnapShot can identify and hide all relevant photos from public view. The images remain stored securely but will not be accessible online.
This ensures MBA can offer a safe and compliant photo experience for all families!
