Michael Aminov Signs with McKinnon Cougars Championship Men

McKinnon Basketball Association are pleased to announce that Michael Aminov has signed with the McKinnon Cougars for the Big V Championship Men 2026 season.

Aminov was also recently named within the club’s Youth Men program, highlighting his continued development and progression within the Cougars pathway.

During the 2025 Youth season, Aminov averaged 17.1 points, 4.1 rebounds and 2.9 assists per game, establishing himself as a key contributor at Youth level.

In 2026, Aminov will look to continue improving his craft as he balances opportunities across the senior program.

The Big V Championship Men 2026 season will tip off on Saturday 28 March, with the McKinnon Cougars opening their campaign on the road against Melbourne University.
