Cougars proudly represented among Big V Awards finalists
McKinnon Basketball is incredibly proud to celebrate 15 finalist nominations across the Big V 2026 Season Awards.
Players and coaches from all four McKinnon Cougars Big V teams have been recognised across the MVP and All-Star Five, Defensive Player of the Year, Youth Player of the Year and Coach of the Year categories.
The nominations are fantastic recognition of the performances, commitment and impact of our players and coaches throughout the 2026 season. They also reflect the collective work of their teammates, coaching staff, volunteers and the wider Cougars community.
The winners will be announced at the Big V 2026 Awards at Pullman Melbourne Albert Park on Saturday 5 September, as the league celebrates the players, coaches and moments that made the season one to remember.
