Amy Baum Signs with McKinnon Cougars Championship Women
McKinnon Basketball Association are pleased to announce that Amy Baum has signed with the McKinnon Cougars for the Big V Championship Women 2026 season.
Baum joins the Cougars following three seasons with Bulleen, bringing valuable Championship experience and proven production at senior level.
She reunites with incoming Head Coach Mason Rogers, having previously played under Rogers and winning a championship together last season, adding an important layer of familiarity and continuity to the program.
During the 2025 campaign, Baum averaged 11.7 points, 7.1 rebounds and 2.5 steals per game, highlighting her ability to impact games at both ends of the floor.
Amy has already immersed herself within the Cougars community, currently serving as assistant coach of the club’s Under 14.1 Girls, reinforcing her commitment to the broader program both on and off the court.
Baum’s signing strengthens the Championship Women roster as preparations continue for the 2026 season.
The Big V Championship Women 2026 season will tip off on Saturday 28 March, with fixtures and further details to be released soon.
