Romy Price Returns to McKinnon Cougars for Big V 2026

McKinnon Basketball Association are pleased to announce that Romy Price will return to the McKinnon Cougars for the Big V Championship Women 2026 season.

A product of the McKinnon Cougars pathway and an Ormond Jets junior, Price returns after featuring with the Cougars during the 2025 Big V Championship Women campaign, continuing her progression within the club’s senior program.

Price brings with her strong representative and high-performance credentials, having previously been named to the Youth League One Women All-Star Five in 2024, recognising her impact and consistency at the youth level.

She has also gained valuable international experience, recently representing Australia at the Red Bull Half Court World Finals in Dubai, where she competed alongside recently announced returning Cougar Emily Suckling.

Romy’s return adds depth, versatility and continuity to the Cougars roster as preparations continue for the 2026 Big V Championship Women season.

The Big V Championship Women 2026 season will tip off the weekend of Saturday 28th March, with fixtures to be released soon.
